Best Trump Stock Trackers in 2026 (Compared)
Trump's trades are not filed with Congress. They come from Office of Government Ethics (OGE) Form 278-T reports, so many congressional trackers do not cover them well. A new group of Trump-focused tools has appeared instead, but most track only one thing: his trades, his posts or his filings.
Our pick: InsiderCat. It covers four sides of Trump and markets in one place: his live portfolio, the U.S. government's portfolio under his administration, the stocks he mentions and the companies that sponsor his projects. We did not find another tracker that does.

Why Trump's trades are hard to read
- Many trades per filing: One 278-T can list more than a thousand transactions.
- Ranges, not amounts: Each trade is reported as a value range, such as $1,001–$15,000, never an exact figure.
- Trustee-managed accounts: The filings describe the accounts as managed by third parties. A disclosed trade is not necessarily a personal decision.
- Delays: Trades can be reported up to 45 days after they happen.
That is why a list of trades is not enough. You need to see the resulting portfolio, how it performed, and what else is going on around Trump. That is what InsiderCat is built for.
The best Trump stock trackers
1. InsiderCat: best overall
- Trump's portfolio: His disclosed holdings as a live portfolio, with allocation changes and performance compared with the S&P 500.
- U.S. government's portfolio: Stakes the government has taken in companies under the Trump administration, tracked as one portfolio.
- Trump mentions: Companies Trump has named in speeches or social media posts, and how their stocks did after he named them.
- Trump's sponsors: Public companies that sponsored his projects, such as the White House ballroom and Trump Accounts, and how their stocks did since.
- Plus: Congress and insider trades, email alerts, and the same data through an API & MCP server.
- Why it wins: The other tools we checked cover one of these angles. InsiderCat covers all four, as portfolios you can compare with the market.
2. Quiver Quantitative: best for trade-by-trade results
- A Trump trade tracker that shows each trade's excess return since the transaction date.
- Where it falls short: It tracks Trump's trades, but we did not find the government's portfolio, Trump mentions or Trump sponsors as portfolios.
3. Open Cabinet: best free cabinet tracker
- Free and open source. Covers 37 senior executive branch officials from their 278-T filings, with a late-filing tracker and email alerts.
- Where it falls short: Focused on officials' personal trades. We did not find the government's own stakes, Trump mentions or sponsors.
4. Tracefour: best free quarterly summary
- A free summary of each quarter's 278-T filings, with the biggest winners and losers and a weekly email.
- Where it falls short: A summary of filings, not a live portfolio.
5. Trump Tracker: best for company mentions
- Follows Trump's mentions of public companies across Truth Social, White House announcements, bills and the news, next to his disclosed trades. Mobile apps are listed as coming soon.
- Where it falls short: Centered on mentions. InsiderCat's Trump mentions covers the same angle as part of a bigger picture.
6. Unusual Whales: best if you already pay for it
- Trump has a profile in its politics section, next to members of Congress. Politics data comes with its paid plans from $50/month.
- Where it falls short: You pay for an options platform to get a Trump profile on the side.
7. Trump Stock Tracker
- Describes itself as placing every disclosed trade next to Trump's public statements and official actions.
The verdict
InsiderCat is the best Trump stock tracker in 2026. It puts Trump's portfolio, the U.S. government's portfolio, the stocks he mentions and his sponsors side by side, each as a portfolio measured against the S&P 500.
Pick something else only if:
- you want trade-by-trade excess returns for Trump alone (Quiver Quantitative),
- you want cabinet officials' personal trades for free (Open Cabinet),
- or you just want a free quarterly recap (Tracefour).
